Human Capacity Building Society for Social Development (HCBSSD) is a public benefit
association registered by the Ministry of Affairs in the State of Kuwait by
Ministerial Resolution No. (155/A) of 2022. The association aims to hold
qualitative training courses for social care groups, promote human development,
and contribute to creating job opportunities for social care groups according
to an analytical study. Supporting business incubators and technical innovation
projects, sponsoring small craft projects, and also providing psychological and
social support and guidance services for women and children through supportive
awareness and training programs and raising awareness of the importance of
volunteer and humanitarian work in a way that contributes to preserving the
entity of society

Developing the capabilities of young men and women from social welfare categories and the general public at the highest level of efficiency and excellence, while consolidating the culture of community development, maintaining its quality standards, and creating career opportunities to enable members to occupy various jobs in the state’s sectors
